How much do your services cost?

 

  • Our service fees vary depending on the complexity of your trip. While travel agents are paid a commission for selling a supplier's products, unfortunately the amount of that commission no longer reflects the amount of research and expertise we put into your vacation planning, and many agents have begun charging additional planning fees. We offer free consultations to discuss your needs and provide a quote of any required fees upfront, so there are no surprises later.

 

What if I have questions or need help while I'm traveling?

You can also inquire about creating a custom group tour for your family, friends, or special interest group. You can even make a cruise group from people who are not personally known to each other, but would be interested in sailing on the same cruise.

Visas & Travel Documents:

 

What travel documents do I need?

 

  • All travel outside of the United States requires a passport book, including travelers who are infants/children. Some countries are requiring your passport book not expire until at least 6 months after travel is completed. It is the responsibility of the traveler to comply with all travel document requirements and laws set by the U.S.A. and countries being visited. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.

  • Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific trip and vendor. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details. Supplier Partners have their own individual terms and conditions, and those will be provided in your vacation proposal, so that you may review them prior to booking.
